PREPARATION & PRODUCTION

At Maison ARGOT, each piece is crafted with the utmost care, following the codes and precision of couture craftsmanship.

• The preparation, production, and finishing of your item are entirely handmade in our atelier.
  

• Orders require 7 to 10 days of preparation.

• Customized or made-to-measure pieces require 25 to 35 days, as each creation undergoes meticulous artisanal work.

These timeframes ensure the exceptional quality and attention to detail that define Maison ARGOT.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer worldwide DHL Express shipping.

Once your piece has been completed and prepared for dispatch, delivery times are typically as follows:

• 1 to 3 days for express international deliveries (depending on your location and customs).

A tracking link will be sent via email as soon as your order has been handed over to our transport partner.

All orders are shipped inclusive of VAT (TVA) only. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Maison Argot.

These trusted operators ensure safe delivery and, depending on your region, the ability to schedule or update your delivery slot.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Contactless delivery is available upon request and can be arranged directly with your transport operator.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

• Delivery to hotels is possible; please ensure the hotel reception is aware of the incoming parcel.
