RETURNS

At Maison ARGOT, we aim to offer a seamless and refined shopping experience. We invite you to read our return policy carefully to ensure your request is processed promptly and efficiently.

REFUNDS

All returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment, or, if requested, as store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds are processed immediately once approved, but may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank’s processing times. Store credit, when selected, is available instantly and can be used right away.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@maisonargot.com . We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or if no manufacturing defect is identified.

All return shipping fees are fully paid by the client. Maison Argot does not provide free returns, prepaid labels, or reimbursement of return postage costs. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original packaging.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Argot cannot be held responsible for loss, delay, or damage during transit.

Please inspect your order within 24 hours of reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assist you promptly.

LATE RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Once your request is approved, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products, in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Law n° 2014-344).

After this period, returns may be accepted or refused at our discretion. Approved late returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with return authorization, and shipped from the same country as the original order. Products returned from another country may incur additional customs fees.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of reception of your returned items.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please contact us at contact@maisonargot.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the replacement item(s) you would like.
Your exchange will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

CANCELLATION

At Maison ARGOT, each order is prepared with the same care and precision as a couture piece. Once your order has been processed and entered into our atelier’s workflow, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Our team begins preparation, fabric handling, and packaging immediately to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
For this reason, we kindly invite you to ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. Your item must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

FREQUENT RETURNS

At Maison ARGOT, each piece is meticulously inspected before shipment. We also provide accurate guidance on sizing and fit.
If we observe an unusually high volume of returns from a customer, we reserve the right to temporarily deactivate the account to better understand and resolve the issue. Our Customer Service team will contact you in such cases.

EXCEPTIONS

Certain items are not eligible for return, including bespoke pieces, customized products, and made-to-order items.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

QUALITY CONTROL

Each item is carefully inspected by our quality control team before dispatch.
To ensure proper handling, returned items must include all original packaging materials and protective covers and must be shipped from the same country as the original delivery.
