RETURNS
Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that your request is processed in a timely manner.
REFUNDS
All returned items will be refunded to the method of payment used at the time of purchase or when requested by you, as a credit note. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that refunds are processed immediately but may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account due to varying bank processing times. If you have requested a credit refund, it will be available as a credit. You can use it immediately.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maisonargot.com, we will thereafter provide you with the appropriate return address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your product has no manufacturing problems, or if the returned items show signs of wear or have been adjusted in any way.
Return must be in your responsibility and items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all packaging materials. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning the product to us. We are not responsible for loss or damage of the returned product.
Please inspect your order upon reception within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
LATE RETURNS
Returns may be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that notifications received beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for processing.
Upon receipt of your notification within the 24-hour timeframe, you are entitled to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code (Law n° 2014-344).
After this period, we reserve the right to accept or refuse your return. Please note that if your return is accepted, the refund will be in the form of a credit to your account.
To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, your items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with a valid return authorization number, and shipped from the same country as your original order.
Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days. We appreciate your patience during this period.
Products returned from a different country than the original delivery country may incur additional customs charges.
EXCHANGES
To change one or more items in your order, please contact our customer care team by sending an email to contact@maisonargot.com, specifying your order number and the product(s) you wish to change, as well as the items you would like in exchange. As soon as the purchased item is back in our warehouse, we will send the selected exchange.
EUROPEAN UNION COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
FREQUENT RETURNS
At MAISON ARGOT, we take pride in presenting you with luxury items that are meticulously screened before we send them to you. In addition, we make sure to provide you with accurate information about the size and fit of our pieces.
If we see an unusually high number of returns from you, we reserve the right to deactivate your account so that we can have a better understanding of the problem. In this case, we will contact you by e-mail and our Customer Service will remain at your disposal to solve this problem.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified on our part.
QUALITY CONTROL
Before being shipped, each item is inspected by our team of quality control experts and packed with the utmost care.
In accordance with our return policy and to ensure prompt processing, your items must be returned to us in their original packaging and shipped from the same country as your original order.
This includes all packaging materials and protective covers.
