SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • PREPARATION : Please note that the preparation, production and personalization of your item is done by hand and may take between 12 and 15 days for each order .
  • SHIPPING : Shipping is worldwide and may take between 8 and 10 days depending on your location. If you take accessories in addition, the delay does not change.
      • 12€ for orders under 180€
      • Free for orders over 180€
  • RETURNS : If you are not completely satisfied with your order, kindly send your return request to contact@maisonargot.com . You will then have 14 days to return the items concerned. The refund is immediate.

  • GIFTS : We offer a gift wrap for all orders. Please mention it in the "Note" section before proceeding to payment. We will be happy to do it for you for free. Please feel free to add a personalized letter to your gift.
